ABOUT THE ARTIST...   

Veselin Ninov was born in Bulgaria, and from the age of four he started learning the piano. His first teacher was the well-known Bulgarian pedagogue Ms. Antoaneta Vodenicharova. Only a year later, he won prize at a national competition in Bulgaria in his home town of Pleven. Since then, Mr. Ninov has won over twenty competitions in various national and international venues. At the age of ten, he performed Mozart's K488 with the Pleven Philharmonic and has recorded with the Bulgarian National Radio and Television.
 
Mr. Ninov has performed chamber concerts and recitals in many European and North American music halls, including Merkin Hall and Carnegie Hall in NYC. He has performed as a soloist with state philharmonics in Bulgaria, Russia, and the USA.
