Vania Angelova
Pianist, composer, conductor,
Doctor in composition

Vania Angelova obtained a Doctorate in Composition at the University of Montreal. She also graduated with a master’s degree in piano with the renowned professor Regina Horowitz, sister of the great Russian pianist Vladimir Horowitz. Vania has as well a master’s in Composition with prof. Igor Kovach, and also in Choir and Symphonic Conducting with prof. Alekseev, in ex-USSR. Vania Angelova was rewarded with a Medal and an Honorary Certificate from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bulgaria for her contribution to the development of the Bulgarian and European cultures and their propagation in Europe and Canada, 2006.
